Conditions gift vouchers

§1. General

(1) The following voucher conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of digital or physical gift vouchers that were purchased in our online shop at www.mariakoshka.com. The voucher conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(2) Unless otherwise specified, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of mariakoshka.com apply in addition to the voucher conditions

In particular, the customer has the right of cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy. If the voucher is revoked in a timely manner, the voucher balance will be refunded using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction. A return or exchange after the cancellation period has expired is no longer possible.

(3) In the event of loss, theft or loss of data after purchasing the gift voucher, there is no claim against mariakoshka.com for replacement or issuance of a new gift voucher. The holder of the voucher bears this risk.

§2 Purchase of the gift voucher

(1) The gift vouchers can be purchased in the online shop at www.mariakoshka.com. Physical gift vouchers are available in the following balances: €10, €25, €50 and €100; Digital gift vouchers are available with the following balances: €10, €25, €50 and €100.

Deviating from this, the amount cannot be freely chosen. A maximum of 5 gift vouchers per amount can be purchased per order.

(2) When purchasing a gift voucher, a discount code cannot be redeemed.

(3) After ordering, the physical gift voucher will be sent to the customer by post to the address provided during the ordering process. Shipping costs may apply for shipping. These are stated in the price information in the mariakoshka.com online shop. After ordering, the customer will receive the digital gift voucher by email to the email address they provided during the ordering process.

§3 Redeeming the gift voucher

(1) The gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the online shop at www.mariakoshka.com and are valid for the entire range offered. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed to purchase additional gift vouchers.

(2) The voucher is redeemed by entering the voucher code in the “Discount code or voucher” field during the ordering process.

(3) There is no minimum order value. The voucher can be used until the credit is completely used up. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of order.

(4) Multiple gift vouchers can be redeemed with one order. To do this, the codes are entered one after the other in the “Discount code or voucher” field. The gift vouchers can be combined with a discount code. The respective discount conditions apply to redeeming the discount code.

(5) If the balance of the gift voucher is not sufficient for the order, the purchase can be completed using another payment method available according to the General Terms and Conditions.

(6) It is not possible to subsequently redeem the gift voucher for orders that have already been placed.

(7) The voucher is redeemed against goods. It is not possible to pay out the voucher balance in cash or transfer it to another gift voucher. Likewise, no interest will be charged on the voucher balance.

(8) If you pay exclusively with voucher credit, if an item or the entire order is returned, the corresponding amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher. After successful return, the customer receives the amount in the form of a digital gift voucher. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher still applies.

(9) If the order was paid for with both voucher credit and another means of payment, if an item or the entire order is returned, a refund will be made in the amount of the voucher credit used in the form of a digital gift voucher. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher still applies. The amount that was paid with the other means of payment will be refunded to the corresponding means of payment used.

Conditions for discount campaigns and bonuses

(1) The following conditions apply to purchase-related discounts and bonuses that mariakoshka.com grants as part of various promotions and which are clearly designated as such. The conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law provisions.

(2) Purchase-related discounts are percentage or amount discounts that are granted to the customer under the conditions stated in the respective promotion in combination with an order using a discount code (discounts). Purchase-linked bonuses are certain items that are granted by mariakoshka.com as part of a promotion under the conditions stated in the respective promotion in combination with an order (bonuses). Purchase-related means that the discount or bonus is only granted when the purchase of one or more items is completed.

(3) The discounts and bonuses can be valid for the entire range or for specific goods or product groups, whereby this is stated in the respective promotion. If “sale items” are excluded from a promotion, this means items that are already reduced in the mariakoshka.com online shop or for which a price reduction has already been granted by mariakoshka.com. Discounts cannot be applied to shipping costs.

(4) The amount of the discount or the type of bonus, any minimum order value and the period of validity are stated in the respective promotion.

(5) A discount code is only valid once. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. Gift vouchers can be combined with a discount code.

(6) A discount can be redeemed by entering the discount code in the “Discount code or voucher” field during the ordering process. Additions, if applicable, are automatically added to the shopping cart when ordering and cannot be freely chosen.

(7) It is not possible to subsequently redeem the discount code for orders that have already been placed.

(8) If the circle of participants in a campaign is limited (e.g. new customers), kokoshka.de will make this clear within the campaign. New customers within the meaning of these conditions are people who order from mariakoshka.com for the first time.

(9) There will be no cash payment or interest on the corresponding credit balance of the discount or the value of the bonus.

You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

This does not apply to vouchers.

We only accept returns for new and unworn pieces of jewelry or accessories.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. If your order is defective or a piece of jewelry is missing, this must be reported before it is returned. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.*

If you have used a discount, it is tied to the minimum purchase value** of the promotion. ( if applicable)

You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item worth over €75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.

If your right of return is exceeded, your return will be automatically sent back to you. Please contact us in advance if you are unable to meet the return deadlines. In this case we will definitely find a good solution for everyone.

*If you received a free item through a promotion, we ask you to return this item as soon as your order falls below the minimum purchase value due to a return.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a notification of your refund from us by email.

If it has been longer than 10 working days (Mon-Fri) for your return, please contact us and let us know your order number, the exact shipping date, a list of the returned products and ideally the tracking number of the return.
